Terms and conditions

The Yoga Varna , India reserves the right to cancel a course if it has not enrolled enough students before the beginning of the course’s instruction. In the case of such course cancellation, all enrolled students will be notified by email and/or phone and will be given a full refund of the course fee (or could be accommodated in any other running batches).

Group Sessions:

• Course registration fee or Course fee paid by the student is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

• If the student is unable to join the sessions for the month, fee could be carried forward for the next successive monthly only (validity is extended for only one more month).

• Even if the student attends one session for the month, the course fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  Private Personal sessions:

• 2/3 personal sessions could be designed every week and payment has to be made in advance.

• In case of session cancellation by the trainer, compensating sessions will be given to the student.

• Students can reschedule maximum of two sessions in case if they are not available for the practice on the particular given slot.

• Students are expected to complete the sessions in a month. No carry forward of the sessions to the successive months.

In case of people connecting from outside India, wired transactions are preferred. Please send an email to enrol in the desired session and course and we will be sharing you the account details.

In case of payment request through PayPal. There will be Surcharges of 4.4
