Mat & Camera alignment for the online session

Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Use a laptop/tablet (preferable to mobile) and keep it at eye level.

  2. Place it about 6–8 feet away so your full body is visible.

  3. Position your yoga mat horizontally in front of the device so that the teacher can see you practising.

  4. Ensure good lighting—natural light in front of you is ideal.

  5. Use headphones if the room is noisy.

  6. Inform family/housemates/pets of your class time.

  7. Turn off phone notifications and mute other apps.

  8. Treat your practice like a live class—be present, on time, and engaged.
