Postpartum Yoga & Core Rehabilitation Course

(Diastasis Recti & Pelvic Floor Prolapse–Aware Practice)

This postpartum course is designed to support women in their physical recovery after childbirth, with special focus on diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor prolapse. Rooted in yogic wisdom and informed by modern rehabilitation principles, the program offers a safe, progressive, and empowering return to movement.

The course guides participants through therapeutic exercises and yoga-based practices that restore core integrity, pelvic floor function, posture, and breath coordination—without strain or pressure.
